July 1, 2026-21 days Challenge
Ok, it’s summer time and now what. I just did a 5 day cruise with my Togo family and we have a wonderful. We ate, drank and walked everywhere, every day! Being healthy and fit to enjoy traveling with out restrictions is my long term goal but in the interim RESETTING is key. So monthly, I have these 21 day challenges to focus on eating clean (no processed foods), exercise 3x a week, and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Who’s in?
