We are excited to share something very special that has been in the making. Beginning June 1, 2026, we are officially launching The Wellness Room by Diana, a new virtual fitness and wellness challenge designed for individuals who want consistent movement, supportive coaching, and a community that encourages progress, not perfection. These challenges are created for your lifestyle. You do not need to be in shape to begin. You do not need to have experience. You only need to show up.

Day 16 and 17 of 21
The past couple of days have been very challenging for me with meal prep. I was able to go to the gym and work out at 5:30am and drum class at 6:30pm the same day. I have increased my water and kept my meals under 1200 calories. My allergies and long days are getting the best of me, but I am staying focused. What are your challenges? How are you coping with the change in the seasons? This is a lifestyle change not a marathon so one day at a time one meal at a time.
