Where do we grow the most? In uncomfortable situations. Lifting weights is uncomfortable, but mind grows. Reading a text we don’t understand. Being in a room full people who are smarter than us. Reaching out to that person with more followers. Everything that makes us uncomfortable is at the doorstep of our growth.

Systems
I’ve been learning a lot about habits lately. Upon reflection of myself. I realize a lot of the activity I don’t necessarily want to do, I make it easier to do but putting myself in environments that make it easier to do so. The habits that I want to gain, I made it harder to accomplish because my systems wouldn’t make it easier for me to do so. If you want to change your habits, start with your systems.

Jumping Back Into The Swing
Hey family, I hope everyone has been. I've been absent for a while due to some personal problems I've been dealing with. I've been handling things better but the biggest thing I told myself was that it's time to challenge myself again. I want to make some serious changes in my life and the first change I want to shift is my focus. We all tend to focus on the goal but not the habits that we create to help us achieve those goals. Would love to hear you guys advice on the small habits you prioritize?

What is your mindset doing for you
I ask this as I saw a really interesting study that talks about special forces using challenges to help them have fun and not let them see things negatively. These who made the challenges bring fun, actually performed better for longer and did not have any mental health challenges. This was just with their mindset, no different training
