Hey family, I hope everyone has been. I've been absent for a while due to some personal problems I've been dealing with.
I've been handling things better but the biggest thing I told myself was that it's time to challenge myself again.
I want to make some serious changes in my life and the first change I want to shift is my focus. We all tend to focus on the goal but not the habits that we create to help us achieve those goals.
