6/10 Accountability and weigh in
I took the day off work yesterday so I missed my weight in. This morning I weighed in at 180lbs which was the same as last week. I'll count that as win amd keep moving towards my goal of 185lbs. I want to start incorporating some mobility and explosive movement into my training routine so I'm researching that for good programs to get going. I also need to do a whole lot more work on my flexibility.
Mentally I guess i feel like I'm under attack lately, negative self image, doubting myself... So many things happening to push me off course and stop my forward progress. I feel like all the adversity means that I'm on the right path to get to the best version of myself, and I feel blessed to face storms of life head on. I'm on this path and I'm not stopping for anything.
I'm committing to working on my side project after work for 2 hours or more and then as much as possible on the weekends. I'm committing to start writing the next chapter of my life while this one is still ongoing. I'm blessed to have the opportunity to keep moving forward into my destiny.
