@William H love this idea of an anchor. Been thinking about this since our call on Tuesday. Might have to get a sign that says ā€œPlay Like a Champion Todayā€ to put on the wall going down the stairs at home. I loved watching Rudy with my dad when I was a kid, and I vividly remember watching the team touch the sign on the way to the field. I thought that was the coolest thing ever…

ā˜‘ļø Locked in. Slept in and had to feed/walk 3 dogs then rush to teach a class, so I totally missed the opportunity to anchor-in, pray, and align myself. That said, it was easy to find gratitude. I love teaching and connecting with students. Thankfully, it was exactly what I needed to get grounded and focused for the day. Hit 2 hours of deep work and had 3 client calls. Didn’t get everything done, but I’m happy with things overall Biggest šŸ’”: I unconsciously put on a podcast while driving (a chain I’ve been focused on breaking). And for the first time in a while, it felt… annoying. I don’t know how else to describe it. After weeks of abstinence, I feel really sensitive to the chatter. I could literally feel myself getting distracted and irritable. Quickly flipped to music and felt immediate relief. *This is exactly what I was hoping to get out of this challenge.*

[ NEXT STEPS: 1. Introduce yourself below and why you are here. 2. Go to "Start Here" in the Classroom (See "classroom" tab above) ] I hope you’re ready for an adventure brother. I've been on a journey and I’m excited about sharing it with you and watching all of us grow together. This is a place where we can sharpen our skills and be held accountable. You’re driven like me or else you wouldn’t be here, and whether you have been in a fight with another man or not, you intuitively understand the importance of it. A year from now, you will be a different man. We’re on the same path, some of us at different stages and w slight different details but it’s amazingly similar. Once you see the way, you see it in everything. Let’s continue down this path and figure out the way together. Welcome to the warriors order. NEXT STEPS: 1. Monday 9/22/25 Check in
Did not check in yesterday, been mentally rough couple days and stayed off the phone. I’m on par for both challenges… Day 12 of 30 for the abstinence challenge and day 24 of 30 for consecutive days conditioning. Adapt, adjust, overcome.

Nice šŸ‘ŠšŸ¼ ā˜‘ļø Locked in as well. Achieved about 10% of what I intended to today, mostly because I let an unusual schedule distract me from my non-negotiables. In retrospect, I wish I’d taken time around 1 to accept the morning’s events, re-orient, and make the most out of the afternoon. Not happy, but I see the path for the morning. Looking forward to our call tomorrowšŸ™šŸ»
Reflect on the week
Guys, my life has changed AGAIN in the last 2 weeks. I can honestly say I was a bit worried, but now I have my faith back. As I reflect, I realize that I've been in a transition to finally let go of fighting and to use my energy in another area. I had no idea how much I was looking for community and being lead to be a leader. Cutting out the chains, traps, behaviors and becoming more present and connected the last couple of weeks has given me super powers. YOU CAN DO IT TOO.. I've took so much action it's insane. I have been able to balance so many differnt things and I can tell you I'm not a juggler. Typically I can only do one thing at a time and that has cost me relationships in the past. I'm locked in and I see many of you right there with me or on the verge of getting there with me. It's a blessing. I have strengthened my relationship with god and I am protecting that. It's sunday and I will spen the rest of the day staying connected with my god first and my family. I urge you to draw a line in the sand and come onboard this energy train homies. Commit to cutting out the chains that steal from you and your future, commit to killing the ego and staying in line with your higher self. Constant awareness is what it takes to learn and grow. Who's with me? Below, reflect on the week even if you're not in the challenge, that's ok, I love you the same. If you're fasting w me , tell us about the experience so far.

@Austin Price Appreciate you being so open and raw brother. This is beautiful. I’m an ACA (adult child of an alcoholic) and have been in drug & alcohol recovery myself for a decade. Needless to say your post hit me hard. You have such an important opportunity in your hands, and it’s clear you see it. Keeping you in my prayers and wishing you the best, one day at a time šŸ™šŸ»

@Alan Belcher I have no wag of knowing what that transition must be like, but I know I speak for everyone when I say we’re grateful for this group and your leadership. And stoked to see where your path leads. Let’s. FšŸ™ŒšŸ¼ing. Go. This week has been a roller coaster, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Even in the challenging moments, I’ve (mostly) been able to keep myself focused on the growth on the other side of discomfort and adversity. It’s simple enough, but this attitude has been lacking lately. Years, really. And it genuinely feels like a missing puzzle piece. If I can just sit in things a little more, tolerate things a little better, every day gets better and better. It really feels as simple as that. My girl is leaving tomorrow and will be in Europe for a full week. I’m committing right now to fly straight with you all, attend the weekly Unchained live streams, and check in every evening regardless of how well things go. And if I don’t, I’m asking you guys to call me out. I want to be reminded that avoidance isn’t just my least favorite coping strategy, it’s also selfish. Every time I skip a check in, I’m also missing an opportunity to support someone else. Happy Sunday fellasšŸ™šŸ»šŸ‘ŠšŸ¼
The Hardest Lesson in Leadership I Learned This Week.
This week I got hit with a hard truth: I am the ceiling. John Maxwell calls it the Law of the Lid. Your team, your students, your family… they will never rise higher than you do. If I’m a 6 mentally, spiritually, financially — then the Warriors Order is capped at a 6. That’s a duty I can’t take lightly. I realized something else. Leadership isn’t just big speeches or running a group call. It’s one-on-one. It’s opening up, having hard conversations, and admitting where you’re wrong. And that’s not easy for me — communication has never been my strong point. But this week I sat down with men, face to face, and talked through the tough stuff. That’s leadership too. So here’s my challenge to you: pick one relationship this week and have the hard conversation. Reach out to your brother, father, son, or friend. Admit where you’ve fallen short. Sit down and lay it all out. That’s what leaders do. Let us know below who you need to do this with or who you've recently had an important talk with. And remember — this is a team effort. I’m looking for leaders. Invite a friend into the group who’s ready to step up. Don’t forget: Tuesday at 12PM CST we go live right here in the group with the new Skool feature. The topic is Identity. This is where real transformation begins. Don’t miss it. (Set a reminder, this will be a life changing call) And if you’re ready to take it further — to challenge yourself, build confidence, gain massive clarity — then join the Unchained Challenge. Start your reset today. Onboarding here: Start Here: Onboarding Video, Quick Guide & Manual - Join Unchained Challenge Ā· Warrior’s Order Let’s lead by example. Get locked In — AB

Love this. Just thinking about who is on my list of ā€œmuch needed tough conversationsā€ makes me realize… there are more than I thought. I’m walking and journaling about this now. @Dick Toon I love the AAR concept, and interestingly enough, it’s helping me see the positive potential in my list. I count at least 3 situations that warrant a convo, which means they are currently open loops that are heavy and distracting. Pretty awesome to flip the script and think about how much lighter the load will feel if I can close the loops in a productive way.
