Questions for those of you that are doing the Unchained Challenge
First off, Big Congrats. This is a hell of a challenge. And if you've fell off, thats OK too. There's always tomorrow. Please give me feed back: What day are you on? What has your experience been so far? Are you ready to lock in the final stretch? For those of you that are thinking about jumping in, jump. Day 15 Of the unchained challenge; fell off Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning….all things not on my “original list” still added on….it was definitely a dopamine chase. Day 27 of my fitness challenge and haven’t missed a day. Real talk as far as experience…Red Bull, protein bars, easy; added the cookies and such because I knew they’d be a little harder. It was easy up to Tuesday…had a rough few days back to back to back; could not shake the negative or quiet the head; alcohol simply isn’t a choice so I justified a “fuck it” with the cookies and such, twice lol. Then yesterday in an effort to stay the motherfuckin course; knew I’d be working late into the night so I enjoyed a Daily Warrior smoothie from smoothie king with a protein bar. Most definitely not a major deal at all, it’s sweets and protein bar lol. However I know the actual crack it showed in my paradigm. Dedication has me locked on for the next 15 for sure, working for that motivation. Definitely grateful for this group.
Monday 9/22/25 Check in
Did not check in yesterday, been mentally rough couple days and stayed off the phone. I’m on par for both challenges… Day 12 of 30 for the abstinence challenge and day 24 of 30 for consecutive days conditioning. Adapt, adjust, overcome.

Official check in, solid day, stuck to both challenges; had an opportunity to react or learn from the inside out; I chose knowledge. Definitely grateful for this group of men.

Friday 9.19.. Amazing Week
I can hardly contain myself. This week was one of the best weeks I've had in years. This group means the world to me. My group of local guys and fighters I get to work with mean the world to me. I've put in the work on myself and I've been in service to my community and It's all growing so.... not fast but with strength and foundation. We're unstoppable fellas. Have a great weekend. I"m still on the challenge and have got huge rewards. Monday I will tighten up my diet even more and I vow to take more breaks, cut workouts and convos down shorter and keep the ball rolling. recovery is key. lets STAY locked in

Daily check in, got my session in for the day, fuel/diet is clean put in a solid 9hr night last night and gearing up for tonight. My main focus today has been finding gratitude and working on calm and staying present, so far so good. 🙏🏾👊🏾
