1st full week
Completed my 1st 5 day workout. Thursday worked on biceps and triceps, stretches and treadmill. Friday I worked on my back. Threedifferent workouts, sit-ups, leg lifts and the elliptical. Today I will do stretches, crunches and push-ups in my room.
