For myself. It's all about accountability. On days where I don't have time to get to the gym, I'll do stretching exercises and light cardio. My goal is to lose this belly fat, get my cardio and endurance up.
Change My Diet
Good Wednesday morning. So, I'm hoping to get some advice from anyone in here. I need to change my diet. My goal is to shed unwanted fat. My metabolism is slow, ( I feel this ) and I have acid reflux issues. So if anyone can recommend a decent diet or a website, I will be very grateful.

@Jonathan Brown as of now, I'm doing light weights and high reps. Monday's are shoulders. Tuesday's is arms. Wednesday's is strictly cardio. Thursday's are legs. Friday's is chest. Everyday I do 20 mins on the treadmill, (fast walking) followed by stretches, crunches, sidebenders then weights.

1st full week
Completed my 1st 5 day workout. Thursday worked on biceps and triceps, stretches and treadmill. Friday I worked on my back. Threedifferent workouts, sit-ups, leg lifts and the elliptical. Today I will do stretches, crunches and push-ups in my room. #gettingmymindright
