Challenge kicks off in 6 days!! This is happening. Here's how to get ready: 1️⃣ Introduce yourself (do this TODAY): Jump in the intro thread right now. Tell us what brought you here, what you're hoping to feel in 2 weeks. This isn't just about you...we're building this together. We're having live calls throughout the challenge and that connection matters. You're not doing this alone 2️⃣ Get your mindset right: 10-15 minutes daily. That's it. Some days you'll feel it, some days you'll just move. Both matter. 3️⃣ Check your baseline (this is important): Notice how you feel RIGHT NOW. Write it down if you want. Because in 2 weeks, you're going to feel the difference and you'll want to remember where you started - Your energy levels - Your bloating - Your mood - Your sleep - Your cycle signs - Your PMS 4️⃣ How to prepare: Comfortable clothes, some space to move, water, warm beverage. Hiii loves, I'm sure you've seen the viral lymphatic drainage moves everywhere on socials: the hops, arm swings, body waves. They're trending for a reason, cause they actually work. I've been doing these movements in the morning for months now without even calling them "lymphatic drainage moves" and I've seen such a great shift in how my body feels and looks. Your lymphatic system is basically your body's cleanup layer. When it's moving (literally, lymph relies on movement), everything else works better: - Hormones = better circulation means better hormone distribution and metabolism - Digestion = reduced bloating and inflammation - Skin = improved circulation and toxin clearance - Energy = less inflammation = less your body fighting itself - Cycle symptoms = reduced congestion, better blood flow, less cramping So this shouldn't just be just a trend, should be a practice!! So we're making it stick together!
