2️⃣ Get your mindset right: 10-15 minutes daily. That's it. Some days you'll feel it, some days you'll just move. Both matter.
3️⃣ Check your baseline (this is important): Notice how you feel RIGHT NOW. Write it down if you want. Because in 2 weeks, you're going to feel the difference and you'll want to remember where you started
