Dealing with insulin resistance?
Hey loves, I'm curious, how many of you have dealt with or are currently dealing with insulin resistance or maybe have dealt in the past? If yes: What symptoms showed up for you? What actually worked to improve it? What didn't work (so we can skip the BS)? I'm gathering real experiences from real women because honestly, the textbook advice doesn't always match what actually happens in our bodies... Drop your story below. Let's learn from each other. PMS and period pain
How do you guys manage PMS and period pain? The first two days of my periods are deadly painful, I can't do anything but be in bed all day. This really hurts my work and other chores that are important and can't be missed every month for two days. Also I get really really cranky, and feel off just a week before periods. It feels like my mood is on a rollercoaster and not just on a swing. If any of you, has faced this and overcomed it, please let me know. Also if you haven't overcomed it, my warm hugs are with you. In any case, would love to hear back!

Menstrual cycle hacks
I want to share some of my personal hacks for having a better period. Over the last four years, I’ve learned to truly listen to my body after dealing with extremely painful periods—cramps, vomiting, intense pain, and days when I could barely move. 1. water with electrolytes 2. cycle seeds 3.confort food and easy to digest 4. no sodas, no coffee, no gluten (there will be time for that). 5.walk at least 30 min per day, except for the 1-2 days of the period I normally do this 3 days before I get my period, but if you want to know more specific info drop a comment This info is base on my own body, my own research! I invite you to start your own journey ✨
Seed cycling.
I have started to attempt seed cycling, since I've seen so many talk about it, and it seems like an easy way to help your cycle. The thing is, I'm a little unsure if it's a legit tool or just some influencer that started a trend, because I've seen some decent argumentations, but at the same time, there are so many different versions of what seeds to put in what parts of the cycle. What I read my way to is: first part of the cycle. 1-2 tablespoons of - Linseed and pumpkinseeds Second part 1-2 tablespoons of - Sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. This is still my first cycle trying it out, but I just wanted to know if anyone has experience with this or something clever to say on the matter :)
