What’s up everyone! Coming to you from Chicagooo.
Been in the gym since I was in my teens, just turned 30 this year.
My focus for the last few years has been mainly push pull leg split, but recently I’ve added running/elliptical to get drop body fat %
Hitting about 10km a day before I trade in the mornings.
Gonna be sweet seeing what everyone’s doing to hit their own respective goals in here.
Always about keeping high performers in my environment and nothing else.
Looking to add some sort of fighting training into the mix soon, lmk what yall recommend or are into!
