Congratulations guys, we have hit a hundred! -Reflections on the first 39 days. First off, WOW, I love coming in here every day and being here with you all. This group is not for everyone...most guys just want to stay average and stay where they are. Which is crazy but WE are setting the example for them and leading the way. This is an elite band of brothers in here. The energy in the feed every day from all of you posting your challenge updates has been insane! And to all the new guys this week, WELCOME! -Live Q&A call in 4 days, Thursday night, (Friday down under) see the calendar. Bring your questions, ANY question is on limits and we will go over it, if there is time of course. Show up on time to catch this call and hear from a few of the guys also about how they are crushing the challenges! -Personal note: Cold Shower Challenge day 39 done, Ive been doing them before bed the last 3 nights. Totally different energy, my Whoop recovery score has been off the charts, and i know that the benefits that come from this discipline can be for before training to boost your T or before bed to sleep. Several ways to benefit. Going to bed and having your body temp lower is great for quality sleep. -Hope you've all tried the burger recipe in the classroom, A New Recipe of the month loading this week. What’s up everyone! Coming to you from Chicagooo. Been in the gym since I was in my teens, just turned 30 this year. My focus for the last few years has been mainly push pull leg split, but recently I’ve added running/elliptical to get drop body fat % Hitting about 10km a day before I trade in the mornings. Gonna be sweet seeing what everyone’s doing to hit their own respective goals in here. Always about keeping high performers in my environment and nothing else. Looking to add some sort of fighting training into the mix soon, lmk what yall recommend or are into! Thanks for invite homie! @Richard Oostra
