you all have heard about the TRUE story of Aron Ralston… the man that was exploring Utahs Bluejohn Canyon when an 800-pound boulder fell and crushed his right arm.
After 5 days of being trapped in the canyon with his arm crushed he had to make the decision to either die of thirst and dehydration or to cut off his right arm and break free… Aron chose freedom. Aron had to break his bone in his right arm himself and then had to cut through his arm all the way through using just a pocket knife. he survived because of his willingness to live!
Who would be able to do the same as Aron?
And even better, the story this tells us is that sometimes it’s absolutely essential to cut off a part of yourself In order to survive… if you’re holding onto the wrong people or something that is bringing you down, get rid of them/it.
Allow yourself to grow.
Let me know in the comments if you’d be able to do it…💪
Ps… I just sat here and wrote this whole post out myself using just my brain and google for Aron’s name and the weight of the boulder, please be proud of me🙌😅
