As a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA), something I do with my coaching clients (and corporate ones too) is to encourage them to complete a weekly wellbeing checkup for themselves.
It helps you surface how and why you are feeling how you do, while creating awareness of things that may be driving the outcomes - such as sleep, diet, thoughts, feelings and so on.
