I worked in hotel management for like 30 years ( I know I don’t look old enough 🤣) and the first thing we learn is that the guest - replace with client if you want - is always right.
Regardless if they call you names. Blame your staff’s shortcomings on their entire life’s happiness
Seriously think that bedbugs bit them.

Deal with it. Acknowledge and move on to the next guest.
