For a long time, I felt invisible.
I was posting content
Running calls.
Building communities.
Interviewing people.
Doing everything people said would grow a business.
But clients still felt inconsistent.
Some months were good.
Some months were quiet
And I never really knew where the next clients were coming from.
That’s an exhausting way to run a business.
What I eventually realized was this:
The people who grow consistently don’t post more.
They don’t work more.
They don’t try to be everywhere.
They have systems.
Simple systems where:
Visibility → Conversations
Conversations → Offers
Offers → Clients
Once I built that, everything became more predictable and a lot less stressful.
