If Clients Feel Inconsistent, Read This
For a long time, I felt invisible. I was posting content Running calls. Building communities. Interviewing people. Doing everything people said would grow a business. But clients still felt inconsistent. Some months were good. Some months were quiet And I never really knew where the next clients were coming from. That’s an exhausting way to run a business. What I eventually realized was this: The people who grow consistently don’t post more. They don’t work more. They don’t try to be everywhere. They have systems. Simple systems where: Visibility → Conversations Conversations → Offers Offers → Clients Once I built that, everything became more predictable and a lot less stressful. So now I’m helping people build their Client Acquisition System in a 28 Day Challenge where we install this step by step. Not more content. A system that makes the content actually leads to clients. If you run a Skool community, coaching business, or online program, this will probably make a big difference No hype. No hustle. Just visibility that leads somewhere. You bring the passion - We'll help you amplify it! 💪 join the You World Order and start the challenge

7 Practical Ways to Grow a Community That People Actually Participate In
Many communities struggle to grow for a simple reason. People focus on getting members but forget about creating movement. A healthy community is not built by numbers. It grows because people feel seen, useful, and connected. After years of hosting podcasts, running communities, and working with coaches and spiritual entrepreneurs, several patterns show up again and again. Here are a few that consistently work. 1. Start With a Clear Purpose Communities grow when people immediately understand why they belong there. Not a vague theme. A clear promise. Examples: • Grow your coaching visibility • Build a Substack audience • Launch and monetize a podcast • Create aligned income from your message Clarity attracts the right people and quietly filters out the wrong ones. 2. Give Members Something to Do Communities die when everyone is just scrolling. Simple daily or weekly activities create momentum. Examples: • Daily Notes Boost Threads • Content Feedback Posts • Weekly Wins • Collaboration Introductions • Podcast Guest Opportunities Small actions lead to real relationships. 3. Create a Simple Starting Path New members should never feel lost. A strong community always has a Start Here path that answers: • Where do I begin? • What should I do first? • How do I participate? Structure builds confidence. 4. Celebrate Participation Most people want recognition more than attention. Highlight members who: • publish something • launch a podcast • write their first Substack post • collaborate with another member Celebration turns quiet members into active contributors. 5. Encourage Collaboration Communities grow faster when members help each other grow. Encourage things like: • podcast interviews• newsletter collaborations• co-writing on Substack• joint workshops Shared visibility multiplies reach. 6. Provide Real Resources A community becomes valuable when members gain access to tools that help them move forward. Examples: • templates • guides • live workshops
