I don't know what you guys recommend, but I just keep asking my Skool group on ALL the ideas they have to make the group indispensable.
I remember when I was a gym owner and Hormozi told us..
"The best way to solve problems for your clients, is to ask them"
I just ask them for ALL the feedback they can give, aggregate all the answers, and look for 1-2 that I can possibly do that takes the LEAST amount of effort, but has a huge return
Since I run a Fitness & Health Sales Training community, I heard things like
- Weekly call reviews
- Weekly group calls
- Script breakdowns
- etc
what I'm also trying to do is make it a COMMUNITY not a sales module/course
I've invested $150k in business/sales training and NEVER want it to be info product
so thinking of ways I can build community with other topics that are around the brand, BUT, not just business and sales
for me, it get's boring after a while and I don't feel like I'm the only one
ANY IDEAS???
