Not used to any physical exercise… smoke… eat terrible… I do not look after my body the way I should😭
I’m turning my life around but the first work out I have done has left me with heart palpitations, feeling very sick and anxious… I’m assuming the anxiousness is probably adrenaline? (Serotonin/endorphins as well) light headed as well!
It sucks so bad because I want to try my hardest to get fit again but how long am I going to feel like this after every time I work out and how long will it be until my body starts to adapt?!
I’m pretty good - I can run, cycle, swim, lift weights.
I can do it all I just haven’t for a very long time!
Advice anyone?!💪❤️🙌
Ps; if anyone wants to tell me I’m NOT dying right now as well; that would be amazing😭😅
