Each day, I guide a simple 20-minute flow combining breathwork, joint mobility, and meditation to improve posture, confidence, and peace of mind.
Instead of chasing stiffness, flare-ups, weakness, instability, or recurring injuries, we systematically expand usable range across 15 joint complexes: feet, knees, hips, lower back, mid-back, neck, shoulders, elbows, and hands.
As capacity improves, symptoms tend to fade.
This practice is especially fantastic at reversing the effects of sitting, scrolling, and screen time.
