Are you using Claude or ChatGPT?

I was sitting at my desk working on content for a client, a sales script for an offer, and training materials for one of my workshops.

Every single time I opened Claude to work on something, I was copying and pasting the same information over and over again.

My brand voice, frameworks, audience details, and the tone I like to write in.

Every. Single. Time.

And I thought to myself, there has to be a better way to do this. Because this is not efficient, and it is definitely not the move.

Then I remembered Claude's Projects feature and decided to have some fun as I do in Chat. It's similar to ChatGPT's Custom GPTs.

Think of them as your own personal AI assistant living inside Claude that already knows your business, your voice, your frameworks, and your content.

You teach it once and it remembers every time you come back.

Now the biggest difference between Claude Projects and Custom GPTs is that Claude Projects cannot be shared via a link...yet.

They are for your personal use only but you can absolutely build and test them inside Claude and then migrate them to tools like Zapier or Make if you need to share them with your team or clients later.

It's best to write your instructions in bullet points, be clear, and direct.

Upload your files or knowledge: This is perfect for things like client onboarding guides, framework explanations, sales scripts, coaching program content, process breakdowns, knowledge base articles, curriculum, and polished transcripts.

▶️Use clear headers and sections in your uploaded files.

▶️Label them in a way that makes them easy to reference.

▶️Then, in your instructions, you can tell it something like "Refer to blah blah file"

I have been building these for different areas of my business, and it has completely changed how I work. I just open the project and get to work.
