I want to share a real win from a client because this one is important. They came to me knowing something wasn’t working, but they couldn’t quite put their finger on it. Their website was getting traffic, and their services and products page was actually the most visited page on their entire site. People were landing on the page, spending time there, and clearly showing interest. And yet, none of that interest was turning into calls, purchases, or next steps. It felt like people were walking into a store, looking around, and leaving without ever being spoken to. So we didn’t change the offer, rewrite the page, or add a bunch of extra buttons hoping something would magically work. Instead, we focused on what was missing: an actual conversation. We added a simple chatbot to the services page that could engage visitors as soon as they arrived. It asked intentional questions, paid attention to what they shared, and then recommended the product or service that actually made sense for what they needed. Once that recommendation was made, the process didn’t stop there. Those leads were automatically added into a follow-up flow that included emails, text messages, and AI-driven touchpoints that continued the conversation instead of letting it die on the page. At the same time, the internal team was notified that a new lead had entered the system which meant the workflow made it clear when to reach out, when to call, and how to move that lead forward. That meant no leads slipping through the cracks, no guessing who should follow up, and no delays in responding to people who were already interested. In just 45 days, they went from a 0% conversion rate on that page to 47%. A page that was previously generating nothing started bringing in anywhere from $3,000 to $15,000 a week, using the same traffic they already had. Same website, offers, and audience. The difference was that the website finally did what a good sales conversation does. It met people where they were instead of expecting them to figure everything out on their own.
