After more than 25 years in education, I've lived the burnout, the toxic load, pressure that no classes, conferences or trainings prepare us for.

Still in education, I am also now a certified health coach & doctoral researcher studying the impact of leadership practices on educator well-being. I need teachers to join my study.

Join our community of like minded individual that actually understand what it's like in public education and then decided to take part in case study to attempt to better world of education for the educators in hopes to lessen exodus.
