Hi, as I´m located in Germany, I´m in a different time zone. The opening call will be at 5:30pm (CEST). Do you recommend to start fasting the next day? The breathwork call, which you mentioned is most effective on the second day, will be 11pm (CEST) which is pretty late for active breathing. 😟
