So I have a question. I see a lot about tge health benefits of fasting here. Dry fasting is better for your body, things like that. The letter Josh wrote communicated to me the need for spiritual healing. And I hear people here are wanting to focus on body health mostly. That is fine, we are where we are in our journey.. I am focusing on fasting for spiritual healing, raising world consciousness and elevating my own consciousness. Yeshua whom Josh mentioned, did not fast for his body health, but to contact Source fully and prepare for his resurrection which was to raise the whole collective consciousness and move us forward in our collective evolution. This is my focus and I would like to hear from others who are doing a spiritually focused fast. I am an ordained minister, my work is to provide soul care, spiritual companioning At this time my life, I am.older now and the pressure happening in my world has made me decide to fast as a peaceful end of life choice. I have not been able to begin for reasons beyond my control but after praying I got this email and felt ok then, group energy. So I am using this 3 days to begin and prepare to be ready for my actual end of life fast.. I need support for that which I do not have, so it has been on hold. But this 3 days has signaled to me I am entering in now, beginning.
