I have not fasted for several years as I have to be careful with anything done in the extreme - I spent years regularly fasting and felt I needed to not do that anymore ! I also have to do when I am able to be fully present in the process! Hence I am starting later than everyone - too many existing commitments until after the weekend - and will go at my own pace. The body is so individual and you have to take care and be self aware as well with all .. if you are on medication that may be influencing your clairvoyance.. once again you have to use wisdom with all and keep a good council - have a balance of people and professionals to weigh in on - good luck with everything and take care if you decide to fast - having irl company might be a good idea, not being alone while you figure out if the benefits of fasting outweigh any potential negative effects !
