Hey Perform Crew!
Most of us are stuck in a cycle of resting when something hurts, guessing what to lift, and just hoping we don't wake up stiff the next morning. It’s a frustrating way to live, and it’s usually because we’re missing a clear plan.
This week, we’re hosting two sessions to help you stop feeling "broken" and get back to actually feeling like an athlete again.
Here is what we have on deck to help you fix that:
1. Tuesday @ 6pm EST: Restoration Lab We’re breaking down the Return-to-Athlete Roadmap. If you’ve tried to "DIY" your way back from an injury only to flare up again, this is for you. We’ll cover the 5 stages: Reset, Rebuild, Reintegrate, Return, and Legacy.
2. Thursday @ 7pm EST: Monthly Workshop Topic: Why your body feels broke after 40 & what to do about it. This is the big-picture talk on why stretching isn't fixing your stiffness and how to stop today's aches and pains from becoming tomorrow's surgeries.
