Hey MRC Crew!
It’s Friday so, you know what that means! Time to celebrate our wins!
You might ask why we do this every week. I took this habit from one of my mentors Dan Sullivan. We celebrate wins to protect our confidence & keep our momentum going.
So, here’s this weeks wins
- After a 2 week break I got back to Jiu Jitsu
- Had a couple of PRs this week in my workouts
- Started doing regressed full Nordic Hamstring Curls- on of my goals for this year is be able to do 1x5 full Nordics
- I joined a 6 month coaching group to help us dial in the 5 Day Movement Restoration Challenge from start to finish
- & I had a great meeting this morning with a coach from the new group to get the ball rolling
- We set a firm date of January 26th for the next challenge. We will have more info on it next week
- Went out on a date night w/my beautiful wife last night
- Got to watch our son Gabe coach wrestling 2x this week
