One of the biggest reasons I see people struggle to make progress when recovering from injuries & taking their fitness/body to the next level is because they don’t have a plan they can stick to.
For the past 7 years I have had other people write my rehab/fitness programming for me. Honestly it was the best thing I’ve done. There’s no way I would be where I am at w/my R meniscus tear if I didn’t lean on someone else’s expertise.
Why? Because it’s very hard for me to be objective and see where my blind spots are. It’s just like doing your own taxes, cutting your own hair, painting your own house etc, etc
All of those things can be done DIY but there’s also a cost to “free/cheap” services/labor outside of your own time. Chances are you will spend more time, have worse outcomes and feel frustrated & maybe not even get the results you are looking for.
Every person we help always say something like this: “I’m doing less than I thought I needed & I’m achieving the results I wanted faster than I thought was possible.”
This is going to be the focus of our 21 day challenge starting 12-1-25. The people who come along for the journey are going to have a plan that will help them get clearer on what they need to do in a simple format that gives them the results they are looking for.
I know is in as she’s already told me. Who else is in?
