What if you’re involved in some many little things and you aren’t sure of your message? Who should you be talking to? I am having a hard time nailing in my message. I am a tattoo artist. I sell supplies. I am a studio owner. I run a family business and work with my kids. In a foreign country. In a language that ls not mine. 😂🙈 Not sure who to talk to since there are various parts to my story and not sure who needs to hear it. Any exercises that you recommend to find your message? To find your ideal audience?

I was recently at a networking event with other professional women. We went around the room sharing what we do, and as usual I was feeling awkward and self conscious. I generally don't have this feeling when I am speaking privately to 1 or 2 women. I was really upset with myself, comparing myself to other women who were so calm. Later thinking about it, I realized that it was nervous system misregulation, and that it may be related to past memories of feeling judged when I spoke in public (in the class room in grade school). Dear all, I’m currently diving deeply into Kabbalah, and one idea especially touches me: Kabbalah teaches that Light is always there and always wants to flow toward us. Our task is to learn how to expand our vessel so we can receive more and more of it. This is exactly how my current phase of emptiness feels to me. It feels as if my vessel is being cleansed, cleared, and prepared. I also wanted to share this beautiful prayer with you.
