Dear all,

I’m currently diving deeply into Kabbalah, and one idea especially touches me: Kabbalah teaches that Light is always there and always wants to flow toward us. Our task is to learn how to expand our vessel so we can receive more and more of it.

This is exactly how my current phase of emptiness feels to me. It feels as if my vessel is being cleansed, cleared, and prepared.

I also wanted to share this beautiful prayer with you. I hope it touches you as deeply as it touched me:
