I stayed awake all night😨 for this challenge
what I discovered about average realtors honestly feels so unfair 😱 shared the picture of my challenge diary. I stayed waking up for this challenge from midnight to sunrise and I brewed a ridiculous amount of coffee and studied more than 80 realtos. My eyes was burning but still working on my challenge and.... That waking up all night worth more that i think🤯 and what i found completely looks unfair and shocked me. I observed 80+ average agents what actually they are doing that top performaning agents are avoiding to do....🤔 All average agents are doing same thing and it really makes me feel so sad😔💔, shocked like really .... what they all are doing....? So, this is the #Day 6 of the challenge of finding out the exact transforming habit, system and secrets of top-performing agents. Realtors are the main pillar of selling homes But.... they don't know how to sell really what’s this but it is not their fault, because the enviromental system doesn’t make them feel that they need to learn how to sell faster ⚡️☄️, they just think they need listings and start telling about it to other people and posting. But... What i observed that night is....they are doing □ cold-call, □ conduct open houses □ share post about it on social media □ door knocking □ sending emails □ follow up referrals □ past clients □ posting on social media about the market □ blogging □ use funnels. AND SHOCKINGLY...🤯😱 this all have done by top performaning agents too .... But I found that every average agents are keep avoiding to do and that make difference and transform the average realtors into top performaning agents is mindset of top performaning realtors. So, when i was also observing the top-performing agents..., ⚠️Focus on asking question instead of assuming or just sellimg them. ⚠️They try to found what actually outcomes, results clients want and write down on paper and pen. ⚠️They give emotional need that all have like get listened, respect, appreciation they fulfill this. ⚠️Instead of talking about what you want they are focused on what their clients want
