10 Listings in December! Let me show you how!
🚫📉 Most agents slow down in December. That’s when I went to work.
In December, I went on 22 listing appointments 🏡 and secured 10 traditional listings with the potential to generate ~$200,000 in gross income 💰.
In separate situations, when sellers didn’t want to list on the open market, I presented a cash option. From those conversations, we currently have two flips in progress projected at approximately $280,000 in profit 🔨📈.
