Skool Basics
You're in. Here's how to get the most out of this place in your first week. 1. Community This is the feed. Post your wins, ask questions and introduce yourself in Introductions. Tell us what you do, where you are and what you're working on this year. The fastest way to get value here is to show up and talk. 2. Classroom All training lives here. Start with Start Here: Welcome to the Den, then work through the modules in order. Your progress is saved, so you can pick up where you left off. 3. Calendar Every live call and event is on the Calendar, shown in your time zone. Click any event to add it to your own calendar. The live calls are where the biggest breakthroughs happen, so block the time. 4. Leaderboards When members like your posts and comments, you earn points. Points raise your level, and some levels unlock extra content. The leaderboard shows the most active members for the week, the month and all time. Show up and help others, and you'll climb. 💵Get your coaching paid for! If you're getting value here, invite a friend. Affiliate commissions are set at 40%. Every paid member who joins through your link earns you 40% of their membership for life of the client, and a few referrals can cover your own membership. How to get your link: 1. Click Invite People on the community page. 2. Copy your personal referral link and send it to a business owner who'd fit in here. Anyone who clicks your link and joins within 14 days is credited to you. Commissions show as pending for 14 days, then you can withdraw them. You must be an active member when they join. Why we're building here, not on Facebook Skool will take down Facebook in time. Facebook's algorithm is built to keep you scrolling, not to help you grow. The world is moving to small, focused communities where real experts teach. No ads, no rage bait, no endless feed. Just people building real businesses, learning from each other. You got in early. Go introduce yourself.

Welcome to the Lion's Den
I started the Lion's Den because having a struggling business sucks. And your not meant to try and figure it out alone. Facebook is a swamp and I can't go 2 minutes without a distracting ad that pulls me away from what I originally went there for (literally forget why I logged on half the time). In 2019 I joined a group that helped change my life. The community and clarity that I got from that group of serious entrepreneurs in the same trade helped rocket fuel some growth at KC Power Clean and now I want to help you do the same. Get ready to roll up your sleeves... So with that, where are you feeling stuck? What's your next barrier to break through?

Leaders are readers. What should we read together?
I believe who we become is shaped by the ideas we take in. That makes what we read worth being intentional about. For me, leadership development isn’t just learning how to run a better business. It’s becoming someone people can trust. Someone who handles hard conversations with humility, follows through, and does the right thing when it costs something. Books can challenge how we think. But the goal isn’t to finish more books. It’s to let what we learn change how we lead. Some of my favorite authors are Patrick Lencioni, Gino Wickman, Tim Keller, James Clear, Michael Lewis, Angela Duckworth, and Malcolm Gladwell. Different perspectives, but plenty to explore about character, habits, people, and judgment. That’s the direction I’d love for our Lion’s Den book studies: honest conversations about meaningful ideas and how we put them into practice. What’s one book that changed how you lead or the kind of person you want to become? Drop the title and author below, along with why you’d recommend it. Like the suggestions you’d want to read together, and we can use those to build a shortlist for a community vote.
Inventory management
Does anyone in here utilize a software for inventory management - parts, consumables products, etc. We are looking to upgrade our shop and do a better job tracking. Would love to get some thoughts on this!
