Hey everyone, happy to be in the group. Hope to get to know and learn and implement from a lot of you here. Wife and I live in SoCal. Born and raised in Indiana. 28 yrs old. Mainly in the window cleaning space but i do p washing too. Started as a hustle in 2024. Didn’t know anything about business. Merged with another small local company in April 2025 we were doing $45k a month. But little did I know I made the mistake of doing the merger and I wanted out within just a couple short months (long story short) without the right merger exit or dissolvement in place. Got a sales job (hated it and missed building something), so switched gears earlier this summer and building my new company from the ground up again. Been focused now more than ever to build and implement the right systems and plug the right people in place to scale healthily and profitably. In the process of building the foundation and systems. Excited for what’s to come.
