AI Receptionist/Sales
Has anybody started experimenting with voice AI models for inbound/outbound sales and customer service? Like most of you I’m sure you’ve seen demo videos and I’ve played around with them a bit personally but haven’t shipped it in my business at all. Seems to be getting closer. Just curious to hear what the room says about this since I know offshore sales teams seem to be the route for a few of you here.

So- about 6 months ago. I hired a guy that was a D2D sales person from Arizona. He so happened to be back in Texas and living here. He ended up growing our team to about 8 D2D sales people we had out daily. This was for residential- as of last month I have cut all residential jobs and went strictly commercial. With that being said we had a Voice AI. It handled all the calls that I couldn’t get to OR my VA couldn’t get to. The best advice I can offer because we ALL hate talking to an AI when we’re looking for a service is this. Immediately upon answering the call- I made it mandatory for the AI to let the client know that the AI is in fact an AI and explain quickly within 3-5 seconds the AI’s capabilities. I noticed Zero immediate hang ups and a lot more retention. Feel free to PM me. There’s also a couple other things I did to keep the customer happy when conversating with the AI.

Hell yeah dude! We have ours every day at 7am How many assistants do you have? We have 7 and they all do their own thing but work together so well!

I haven’t seen my office this fired up . I took my Ai tool and recorded the entire event over 6 hours of recordings then uploaded it all to Claude cause I talk it daily about my business and I told it out of all this build is a roadmap to set us up to run like a 10M company. My team is already implementing the task we have to set this up and then we have stuff to dial our field guys out more.

Didn’t attend the event but figured I’d join with like minded individuals! We’re on track to hit 1.2 million this year. 2.5 years in. We have changed our gears a little and are mainly relying on 1099 subs across the country but it has kept our margins very healthy. June was our biggest month at 170k gross! Look forward to seeing how we can grow and learn as much as our team can! Let’s GOOO!
