We're just getting started and I want to know: what's the ONE small change you're committing to this week?
It doesn't have to be perfect. It doesn't have to be big. It just has to be yours.
Maybe it's:
  • Drinking more water every day
  • Hitting 5,000 steps
  • Getting to the gym at least once
  • Cutting out the late-night snacking
Small changes compound. One good week turns into two, two turns into a month, and before you know it you're a different person on and off the court.
