We're just getting started and I want to know: what's the ONE small change you're committing to this week?
It doesn't have to be perfect. It doesn't have to be big. It just has to be yours.
Maybe it's:
- Drinking more water every day
- Hitting 5,000 steps
- Getting to the gym at least once
- Cutting out the late-night snacking
Small changes compound. One good week turns into two, two turns into a month, and before you know it you're a different person on and off the court.
