Pause for a second and ask yourself:
What’s one thing - small, quiet, easy to miss -
that is actually going right in your life today?
Not big.
Not impressive.
Just real.
Now sit with it for 10 seconds.
Let it count.

Your brain has a negativity bias.
Which means if you don’t consciously notice what’s working…
you will automatically default to what’s not.
And that doesn’t just impact how you feel -
It impacts how you lead.
