💛 Welcome to The JOY Project
You’re in the right place. This isn’t another program. This isn’t something to figure out. This is one simple practice: 👉 Send one joyful text a day. That’s it. One message. One person. One moment that could change someone’s day. 💛 Why this exists We are on our phones all day. And most of what we see? Stress. Noise. People needing something from us. So we’re flipping it. We’re using the same device… 👉 to create connection instead of consume it. Because people aren’t lacking information. They’re lacking being seen. ⚡️ What to do next 1. Pledge out loud (or silently) to send 1 text a day 2. Start your own post titled: “I’m in 💛” 3. Send your first joyful text today Don’t overthink it. Just send it. 🌍 The mission We are building a movement of 1,000,000 people sending one joyful text a day. Because when one person chooses joy, it changes their day. When thousands do… it changes everything. 💬 Need a place to start? Send this: “I was thinking about you today and just wanted you to know you matter to me.” That’s it. You’re already doing it. Joy isn’t something we wait for. 👉 It’s something we create. Let’s go. 💛📱
Did you do it?

Joy loves a cared-for body.
People often ask me how wellness connects to joy. My answer is simple: pauses. pushups. plants. The ENJOY Method isn’t complicated. It’s supportive. ✨ pauses calm the nervous system and create presence ✨ pushups (movement of any kind) release endorphins and build confidence ✨ plants nourish the gut, stabilize energy, and support mood Together, they create capacity. Because joy doesn’t thrive in exhaustion, dysregulation, or depletion. When you pause, you feel. When you move, you energize. When you nourish, you stabilize. Science backs this up: Breathing and stillness activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Movement increases dopamine, serotonin, and BDNF. Plant-rich foods support the gut-brain axis and emotional regulation. You don’t need extremes. You need support. That’s what pauses. pushups. plants. provide. Not perfection. Participation. And when your body feels supported, joy has somewhere to land. 💛 Joy Prompt: Which one will you lean into today — pauses, pushups, or plants?
