Introduction
Hi! I am Aptly, a TikTok Valorant Creator and an Immortal 3 ranked player. I wouldn't say I actually have a specific problem so much as I am on a constant journey of mental improvement. I started in Episode 5 and grew from bronze to immortal in a year and spent the next few working through different phases and building habits and a foundation for the growth mindset I have now. If you've ever seen me play, you know I'm a very positive, development-oriented player that focuses on my overall individual thoughts and actions rather than RR, rank, win/loss, or teammate actions. While I do tilt to these things every now and then, I found that everything NeuroShot was saying as they popped up on my ForYou page was incredibly relatable to the way I think in game. Here to support, grow, and learn with all of you! 🫶

💎 Gem — The real problem is not tilt
Most players think the goal is to never tilt. That's impossible. Every player tilts, even pros. The real skill is how fast you come back after it happens. In performance psychology this is called Next Play Speed. The moment a play ends, it's gone. The only thing that matters is the next one. I made a video about this today. But I want to know from you, after a bad death, how fast are you to lock back in?
