Result of the help and laws of the inner game
Last week I played in silver lobbies as a gold two scared to lose my rank because I was just in v25 act III plat 1. At this time I am currently plat 1 and only lose max 3 games in a row. I tilt less and if i do I recover faster. I rarely blame teammates wich I did plenty of times before however I realised it was not the solution. Because of studying the 7 laws of the inner game en after getting help from @NeuroShot Valorant in #🎥 Introduction I already climbed faster and more efficient than before. Without it I wouldn’t have reached plat again and i would never have realised that i was my own problem keeping me from growing in the game. I know i have much more to learn (that is one of the reasons I put a chat in ask&improve). but I would definitely recommend to already study the 7 laws and then play max 3 games per gaming session to maximise your brain capacity because on the 3rd you will realise at the end you get tired and on the fourth you will lose it totally. @NeuroShot Valorant thank you for all the help you already gave me!❤️

@NeuroShot Valorant no problem bro, because of you I improved and I even notice that i’m a “better” version of myself irl too. I rarely get actually mad anymore and I always try to understand things from every side irl. Thank your for all the help already!❤️
Recovery after interference
I just hit my pr plat 1 and now I notice that I “commit” to the interference much more, for example: When I died I quit focussing on the game and focus too much on giving comms even more than when I am alive. This continues the next round except I am still alive, wich makes me more vulnerable to tilt and interference because I already am distracted more. This kind of makes it hard to stay calm and focussed and remember the 7 laws of the inner game with especially the law of emotion and the law of reverse effort because I want to perform better after performing bad. That makes my performance also worse because of the P=(p-i) rule aka Performance=potential - interference. I wondered if anyone knew some solutions to get back into the flow state or stay in it without being so vulnerable to interference. Thank you in advance for the help!

Current rank gold 2 peak plat 1
Hi there! I am ranked at gold 2 at the moment however I peaked platinum 1 at the time of v25 act 3. I feel like I am losing my games due to inconsistency in my mental and my thinking, I also think that has impact on my performance about aiming. Due to the inconsistency, I also get tilted faster and most of the time I try to blame others while the problem lays with my mindset. I believe i have a good potential but I’ve played for 900 hours almost total and didn’t really achieved any of my goals yet.

Thank you for putting time in helping players to grow!
Curren rank gold3 peak plat 1
Hi! My name is Yelthe and I play VALORANT from Belgium. Most of the time i try to tell myself to focus and to not get tilted. For that i try to focus in counterstrafing or on crossair placement, but that doesn’t really work. I wanted to ask if someone knows how to actually focus on the game and play for the best instead of searching someone to blame for my own mistakes
