A few months ago, I signed up for my first Hyrox: Salt Lake, September 18th. Since then I've been training like crazy to get in shape for it.
Today I ran my first half Hyrox simulation and finished in 40:03.
I've got a long way to go before I hit that sub-60 full Hyrox, but that's exactly the point. Today gave me a baseline. Now I know where I'm starting and what it's going to take to get where I want to go.
You can't improve what you haven't measured. So here's my question for you:
What's one thing you did this weekend that moved you toward a goal, even a little? Drop it below. Big or small, let's hear it. Then tell me how you spent your Labor Day. 💪
