First Hyrox 🏆🔥
Man... first HYROX in the books!
I've been training pretty intensely for the last 16 months, and about 4 months ago I decided that when HYROX came to town, I was doing it.
Yesterday we got it done.
I was lucky enough to run the relay with some great guys i get to call brothers! I couldn't have asked for a better group to do my first one with.
This was one of those things that you do once and immediately think... yep, I'm doing that again.
Absolutely loved the competition, the atmosphere, pushing myself, and just seeing what all this training has been building toward. Safe to say this was the first of MANY HYROX competitions.
Already working on getting a doubles competition on the calendar next... 👀
