This week, I’m starting from a place of gratitude and pride. After a period of spiraling and slipping back into old habits that didn’t serve me, I’ve finally found my way back💪🏼
Back to myself.
Back to calm.
Back to the things that truly help me grow and heal.
I’ve forgiven and been kind to myself for the dip because healing isn’t a straight line. It’s full of pauses, setbacks, and restarts. And that’s okay. What matters is that I didn’t stay stuck there🙏🏼
I’ve started meditating again, doing my tapping meditations, reading, and giving myself space to breathe and reflect. I’m rediscovering how good it feels to take care of myself and to fill my time with things that truly make me happy.
There’s more quiet in my head now. More peace. More clarity.
I share this because I know how easy it is to be hard on ourselves when we fall back into old patterns. But every time we find our way back no matter how long it takes it’s a victory worth celebrating.
If you’re reading this and you’re in a similar place right now, please know: you will find your way back too. Sometimes it starts with one small act of kindness toward yourself.
✨ What’s one thing you’ve recently done (or would like to start doing again) that helps you reconnect with yourself and your healing?
