Every person. Every system. Every customer. Every member of staff. Every supplier. Every relationship.
....Is either an ANCHOR…Or a PROPELLER.
There is no middle ground.
People love to pretend there is.
“There are no major issues.”
“They’re alright really.”
“It’ll improve.”
“They’ve been with me years.”
“That’s just how they are.”
STOP, STOP, STOP
If something is slowing the business down…
Draining energy…
Creating friction…
Lowering standards…
Causing stress…
Reducing momentum…
It is an anchor.
And one of the biggest reasons businesses stay stuck is because leaders refuse to remove the anchors:
The wrong staff.
The wrong systems.
The wrong clients.
The wrong habits.
The wrong thinking.
The wrong friendship groups.
The wrong environment.
ALL Growth requires pruning.
And here’s the uncomfortable truth:
If you know something is wrong…But you refuse to change it…
YOU become the anchor.
Not them.
You.
Because leadership is not knowing the answer.
Leadership is acting on it.
Success is rarely about adding more.
It is usually about removing what no longer serves the next stage of growth.
