We’re almost at 300 members now, and I’ll be real, I haven’t been active the last couple months. I’ve been head-down building our dispo business and growing partnerships. I don’t want this group to fade out, but I also don’t want it to turn into a “coaching program” where you depend on me for constant training. My style is simple: show you what’s happening in my business, share real deals, and let you learn directly from that. So I’m resetting the direction of this group — and you can decide if it fits where you’re at. My Bio for the new folks: I’ve been wholesaling for 5+ years and have sold 200+ deals total. This year alone, EZ Dispo (my company) has sold 62 deals with $1.1M in assignment fees. This isn’t old theory. I’ll be showing what’s working in today’s market. We’ll break down a real deal A–Z (lead gen → acquisitions → dispo → closing). 👉 Guaranteed Hot Seat – Every call, one member gets live feedback on a deal they’re working. Quick analysis and our opinion on the deal. 👉 Polls/Interactive Calls – Some months we’ll throw in polls so you can test your instincts against what actually happened. 👉 DFW Meetup – The local meetup I’ve been running for 3+ years stays on the calendar here. Free, public, and consistent — just a bonus for the community. What This Group Is (and Isn’t) ❌ Not a coaching program.
