We’re on the lookout for a high-performing Disposition Manager ready to fully run our disposition department at OffrPlus.
💼 Position Type: Full Ownership | 100% Commission-Based
💰 Potential Earnings: $80K–$120K/year
🌎 Work From Anywhere (U.S.)
If you know how to structure deals, move properties fast, and build strong investor relationships, this might be your calling.
📌 Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and present deals to our network of buyers
- Work closely with our Acquisitions + Transaction teams
- Maintain CRM accuracy and push every deal to close
- Lead with results, speed, and precision
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year experience in real estate sales or B2B/B2C selling
- Strong leadership + phone communication skills
- A closer’s mindset with a team-first attitude
- Passion for growth, structure, and performance
