Mid-Week Checkin
Hi my beauties, just checking in since it is the middle of the week! What have you learned so far? What have you started or been avoiding? Any challenges? Any wins? Oftentimes we get glimmers of new ideas to start, new ways we can grow, reminders of potential…they only last for a second and then we revert to autopilot. We go about our day, living the same, WANTING to change but waiting for the next course, next piece of motivation to push us in the direction we want to go. Your job is to catch those glimmers of motivation, YOUR VISION, not to ignore it. I mean it is A LOT easier said than done. The first step to harnessing the awareness to catch yourself in moments of internal excitement before it disappears is INNER STILLNESS. When we cultivate inner stillness we’re able to see that excitement, that vision so clearly that our next step becomes easy. I prompt you to sit in complete silence for at least 5 minutes today. No distractions, no effort. Just stillness. It’s the only way we begin to break the mental barrier between what’s keeping you where you are and where you WANT to be. Because honestly? Joining the course isn’t going to save you, booking your first call with me isn’t going to save you, shit-even coming to the internal realization of that mental barrier won’t even save you. Only YOU can. You have every resource, you have all the support. Now it’s up to you. Ly so big, comment on this post answering 1 of the questions above you feel compelled to answer. Day 2 DONE
Hey girls I've been a little behind! Just finished day 2 finally haha I was letting emotions, work, and world things take time away from myself, but that's what the journey is! One win for me this week was getting my glute day in at the gym on Monday and going grocery shopping, 2nd win is carving in time to the future version of myself! Looking forward to seeing everyone in the chat 🤩💕

Sunday RESET
Welcome new members! ⭐️ Just reminding you to use this Sunday to rest, reflect, journal and prepare yourselves to demolish this week ahead. Once I started using my weekends as preparation and resets instead of escape everything changed… Instead of lounging around, emotionally avoiding the Sunday scarries 🫣…I confronted myself, What am I avoiding emotionally and physically this coming week? What am I scared will happen? What do I feel like my body and mind TRULY NEED right now? Instead of rushing to hangouts, appointments, or flying through my chores…I decided to romanticize them…breathe, take your time, write a checklist, do an in-depth skin care or body care routine, stretch, cook for the week. Reminding myself that I’m literally just a girl, I’m allowed to take it slow. I don’t have to use my weekends as an ‘advantage’ to escape my reality by socialization masked as avoidance or by busy-work disguised as productivity. I can use them for me…whether that’s to do nothing and romanticize my rest if I’m in luteal, or taking a yoga class and cooking food if I’m in follicular, maybe having amazing sex and going for a run if I’m ovulating… simply just BEING, nurturing myself✨ Take this weekend to reconnect, reset, and do what YOU need to make you feel best for the week ahead, no rush, just presence :)))🤍
